Where can i find a charger for ispan DDV-720 camera?

Question

My friend in England found a camera and can't find a charger that works for it. If you can't help me its no big deal, he will just buy a new one... But if you can its a ispan DDV-720 video camera.

The battery is a Li-ion Battery 3.7V 1000mAh (whatever that means)

He can probably use a generic charger, but the voltage and polarity need to be set right.  He could probably get something in his local Maplins - they're all over the UK.
