Where can i find a cheap Tricaster video production kit?

I want to buy the TriCaster video broadcasting kit. For webcasting and general video production. Does anyone know where I can buy it second hand at a cheaper price or an alternative kit altogether which is just as cost effective? Im looking to spend at least $3000 dollers
