Where can i find a cheap car?

I guess it could be a project car but newer..repairs that a teen could do..like put new brakes..replace some pumps..etc.. under 500 bucks..i guess it doesnt need a title as long as i can aquire one somehow later on

look in your local auto trader,there's always a lot in those papers for sale,and it is kind of important to get a title with it,sometimes no title means its has messed up paper work or you may not be able to get a clear title on it,never buy one without  a title,good luck.
