Where can i find a cheap electric guitar pack for a beginner in Brisbane, Australia ???

I am a total beginner and i want a good guitar which wouldnt break easily. My price range is $200 - $450. I am 14 years old. Can you also advice me to music lessons. I want a good teacher but not too expensive.

why would it break? are you smashing up the stage nirvana style?

i know Aldi was selling some guitars.

have you gone to a few music shops and checked out their range. i would suggest you hook up with smaller independent music shops - where the owner also works there and the owner and staff are crazy about music and are musicians themselves. many of these guys would be totally stoked for you and would try to help you out. they will probably be able too hook you up with a good tutor - just let them know what style you want to play and they can connect you with the right teacher.

i wouldnt buy something off ebay without seeing it. well a cheap starters amp, maybe, but tot the guitar.

if you buy 2nd hand, make sure the neck is not warped and the electrics are sound.
