Time to let your "fingers do the walking" so to speak. I'd start  looking at a whole bunch classified sites out there like http://www.sellmyride.us, http://www.sellmyride.ca , http://www.sellmyride.eu , http://www.craigslist.org and a whole host of others (do a search for "auto classifieds" or "moped for sale").

I'm sure with due diligence you can find what you want, or at least something close.
