  1. haha! that's like asking where i can buy a flying pig-cow-dog hybrid! sorry honey but that's impossible! it's time to consider a friesian cross or a totally crappy one if you want it cheap! they are easily the most expensive breed

  2. ROFLMAO In my dreams....but i have first dibs.

  3. You can't find a 'cheap' purebred friesian! Believe me, I've looked, they cost a good amount of money. let me tell you. So don't even try to find one. You can find mixes for less. :]

  4. I know that this breed tends to be on the higher side, but after googling, I found this hit:

    http://pahorsemall.com/FriesianHorse.htm...

While not a purebred, it is still part Friesian.

  5. You can't, unless maybe it's unsound and totally unsuitable for riding or anything other than a pasture pet.  They are not a common breed and they are VERY expensive horses to purchase.

  6. how cheap do u want it? Do u mean cheap for a purebred fresian, or cheap for any horse? b/c purebred friesians are pretty expensive

  7. If it's cheap then there will be something wrong with it.

  8. You can't, simply.

  9. I wouldnt know, we breed Friesians and are trying to sell one for 12,000. They are pretty expencive if you want a good one, I would suggest a different breed if you want a cheap horse.

  10. Well. That is hard!!! If you want to train your own from a baby then that would be the cheapest. I havent seen i purebred under 10,000 before THAT IS FULLY TRAINED. But a baby can be any prrice DEPENDING on blood line.

If you go to advanced search on any of these sites, just click the breed and if you want a baby, then put that age in.

    www.equinehit.com

    www.pahorsemall.com

    www.equinenow.com

    www.dreamhorse.com

and just type in Fresian horses for sale

  11. Frisians are very expensive. If you found a cheap one he would most likely be unregistered - in which case you can't be sure he's purebred - he's unsound - or he has a serious training problem.

  12. They're cheaper in Britain, but then you have to get them back to the States, which I reckon costs a bit.

  13. That depends on what you think is cheap.  But they are not a cheap breed.  If you thinking under $10,000.00 you probally won't find one any where.

  14. Usually if a Freisian comes cheap the horse is messed up in some way. Try looking on www.horsetopia.com tho! That'sd where you can pick the horse of your choice (breed wise) and choose what the minimum and maximum cost will be. It's a great site. Never neglect to ask as many questions as possible before purchasing a horse. Get to know the horse and visit with it for a while before you buy it. horsetopia is a great site that I think will work for you. Try it out and see what you can come up with.

  15. I agree with the others posting here...cheap and friesian don't equate....Be prepared to spend a ton of money on a purebred; even the partbreds don't come cheap!

  16. In your dreams?? cheap & purebred fresian dont go together!!! Unless you are resueing it and then there is bound to be some health concerns....if you want a fresian, you have to shell out big bucks, if you want a cheap horse, you arent gonna have a fresian....

  17. Finding a cheap purebred is not going to be likely for you. Most run any where from $8,000 + at weaning and an onwards of $20,000+ after their 2 year old year.

You may want to settle for a nice little sport horse friesian cross that run slightly cheaper if you are looking for a larger bred horse with a classy appearance and good mind.

  18. Here's the thing, you can't get one for cheap.

The only one you'll get cheap is in a knackers yard.

Freisians are not bred to be riding horses they are bred to be cart horses and are VERY powerful. Unless of course you are buying one to drive it.

I would not recommend you buy one of these horses unless you are experienced. Besides if one is going cheap it most likely has something wrong with it

  19. I dont think "cheap" and "pure bred fresian" belongs in the same sentence! The last barn I was at the women had a Fresian mix ( I cant remember what he was mixed with) but he was a quarter million dollar horse.  Unless you check out a rescue or something, but then you will have to do a lot of work to get him/her back into show quality. Good luck with that!

  20. I have 4 baby 1/2 Friesians coming between march and april.  You wont find a pure breed cheap no a 1/2 breed.  You'll get what you paid for.

  21. why in god's green earth would you want that?

    a. if it's cheep it's not going to be trained (in most cases even the untrained friesians hit the ground with the priece tag of 10,000)

    b. if its cheap there's something wrong with it or it didnt make the cut with the confromation part.

    c. if your gonna buy something that good (aka great aka statement type horse) you dont want it to be cheap, you want the best money can buy

  22. you would have to import a purebred friesian as it is a highly loved breed but there are not alot of them

    in www.horsedeals.com.au

there is always the odd fresian cross which when crossed with the right breed end up looking extrmely close to the pure bred but are cheaper
