I need a small car for myself. Not a lot of extras, just one that can get me to school and home.

You can get a small, basic car like what you're looking for from a car auction. It's way cheaper that what you would pay at a dealership and of better quality that what you would find on craigslist. Just be sure to give it a good inspection before buying because the cars are sold in as-is condition. Or better yet, take a mechanic with you if it's possible.
