i can only offer up Ebay, but then again, you could try try try and try to look at some chinese websites and see if you could order one from there, but i am not so sure if such websites would exist in that country

go to a Li-Ning store because Li-Ning sponsors China's gymnastic team, so most likely a Li-ning store will sell it. Also, Li-ning sponsors the Argentina and Spanish Basketball team, so you can buy some of those stuff too if you want. Li-ning stores are mostly in china, none in the US>
