Where can i find a club in maryland, dc, or virginia for a much older crowd?

it would be nice if the age group was at least 30 and older if not 35 and older. i like to dance, mingle, and just enjoy the atmosphere of an older crowd, where there is either jazz, R&B, or both. i like to dress up for something a lil more classy and or just a casual chill spot.

The zanzabar down by the water front which is right next to a club called H20. There is also a club called Love which if you go on its website you can find out what events they are having eachnight. There is a resturant named jaspers in the laurel/columbia maryland area that has a live band on some nights and mostly cover R&B and Jazz songs.

try looking on craigslist + your home town under clubs or post an add on there its free there is great response on craigslist and i'm sure you find the club your looking for better then yellow pages

Well..I believe the ultimate chill spot is Old Town Alexandria.  We have a number of jazz clubs '219' King, the Wharf; Euro Cafe.  Up and down King.  The crowds are a nice mix too, and dressing up is appropriate.

There's a very nice place on U street around 15th (I think) called U-topia. The ambiance is fantastic, the bar is pretty good and there's live jazz every night.
