i would try Nordstroms BP.

you may not be able to find the EXACT dress.

but if you have your heart set on that exact one, you could always have it custom made!

You can most likely find something similar at Neiman Marcus but it will be pricey.

Alternatively, you could probably find something similar in Macy's or Dillard's night gown/lingerie department.  Also, look through a Victoria's Secret magazine or their website. They have all kinds of dresses....
