Where can i find a eevee in Pokemon Dimond ??

please please help me and i cant trade b/c i dont have wifi

When you have the national Dex,go to the house next to the pokemon centre in Hearthome City.There is a Battle girl at the computer called Bebe,who upgraded the pokemon PC's.

Talk to her,and she should give you a male eevee,level 5.

And,If your lucky,you sometimes get them in the pokemon mansion.(You need national dex here too :))

You can only get an Eevee once you have beaten the Elite 4 ( Including the Champion) after you beat them,get the National Dex and go to Eterna City and talk to the girl inside the house to the right of the Pokemon Center Talk to her twice if you haven't so before, Then she'll give you an Eevee.

You can only get after you beat the league or trade with someone, which you said you can't. After you beat the league you go talk to Bebe (Lady who controls the PCs), and she will give you one as a gift. Another way after the league is to go to Trophy Mansion and wait till the owner says he saw an eevee in his garden, then you have to go battle in his garden for quite a bit of time till one comes up.
