Where can i find a ferret in Perth, Australia?

I am looking for a ferret as companion and to keep the place free of rats.

Yes, either check the newspaper, or go to Pet Magic, in Cannington. I know that I have seen them there before and they sell toys for ferrets. If they do not have any in stock, they should be able to direct you to the right place.

I'm not sure that ferrets should be kept as a way to deter rats though - you'll probably run the risk of your ferret getting roughed up by large rats.
