Well, I guess you could always request state aid (welfare).

Honestly, if you need insurance, any company will give you a free quote on premiums (cost).  Or you could also try those health discount cards. It might not be insurance but at least you wouldn't have to pay the high prices.

I don't have a clue where you can find such a place, but if you find it, let the rest of us know! There is no such thing as free medical and dental insurance. Wouldn't everyone have it then?

You can't get "free" insurance.  Even welfare insurance - Medicaid - is paid for by the working people.

Dental, I've never seen a plan that pays out more than it takes in.

Your best bet, is to get your health insurance through an employer.  That's cheapest, too, because they kick in some.
