where can i find a general recycling facility in virginia? one that takes paper, plastic, metal, ect. all together? because i dont want to go to 5 different recycling companies for recycling.

go to www.earth911.org they will give a list of recycle sites in your area. They ususally let you know addresses, what items they take and hours of operation.
