believe it or not, expedia.com.  

i just booked an all inclusive trip to puerto vallarta for $1015 (for two people) in a 4 star hotel with great location and reviews!  it also includes air fare, 4 nites and 5 days!

try bidding over at luxury link, they have yet to disappoint me (although i don't always win)

believe it or not, call a good travel agent.

they often have deals going plus they have the some access to the stuff on the internet.

www.sandals.com (they were having a sale the other day).  I honeymooned at Sandals Whitehouse (Jamaica) and it was fabulous.  I live close by but it was still a fantastic vacation.

Also, I believe a couple of new all-inclusives are opening in Jamaica round about now.  One was the Fiesta Palladium resort and they were having a grand opening special (but I don't know their website).  Google it.
