Where can i find a good sim that i want? or can someone make it?

i am looking for a really good sim of vanessa hudgens! i saw 1 at sims 2 resource but you have to buy an account to get that! is there somewhere i can find her? mod the sims 2 has her but it looks nothing like her!!!! pleaz help!

Just go down to the bottom and find tsr, then find the person who made it, and find the download.
