Where can i find a good site to download a car des. Program?

I have a 131 Fiat , 1984 ! i love it, and want to spend some money on pimping it my way!.. i have great ideas, and the Cash, just before i start, i need to look over the net for a program that can give me a previous idea about that!.. or maybe help me with chosing from templates or something.. anyone can help me find a good site?..Thanks in Advance!
