iam in new jersey  and you brought back memories of my childhood.. the sno cones are only found with sidewalk vendors with a large cake of ice and about twenty flavors of syrup i paid five cents.. and that was so good.. they require a license to street vend and a board of health permit.. go to the authorities city hall and the boardd of health they can direct you to any establishment that sells this ok gilermol..  wow i want one right now.. orange.. ok . .
