ok i know how but it means going into a 4 star area,

enter the jetpack cheat,

L1,L2, R1, R2, up, down, left, right, L1, L2, R1, R2, up, down, left, right,

then look at the map, and the lightish white part cinda shaped like a circle thats where heles are

Hi, listen go to san fierro airport and there you will get a wide variety of helicopters and planes. Or you can even try Las Ventaurus airport where you can also find a very good helicopter. If you havent gone far in the game then i would recommend Las Ventaurus becuz San fierro helicopters are locked. Gud luck.
