If it is a condition life threatening go to the nearest Emergancy room at a hospital (good hospital), and they will refer a hemotologist immediately. specialist like those are on call 24/7. if not emergency room, go to the clinic or call the clinic for a appt. with a internal medicine doctor and he/she will refer you to a hemotologist. GOOD LUCK!
