you might go to your local health food stores and coop and alternative health type classes  and ask around.  I doubt big stores like whole foods would help but these smaller ones might have this info or know someone who knows the answer.

also check the yellow pages.

It really depends where you live but most herbalists who have a substantial qualification will be registered under a board or an organisation, if you can find your cities organisation you will probably be able to view their databases and find one to suit you. Just try google or yahoo search.
