  1. Check out my mate's pad on the north coast at www.fairfieldcottage.co.uk.  It's lovely and very reasonably priced!

  2. thomastown,kilkenny

  3. On the ground!

  4. Go to the Ireland Tourism page, www.discoverireland.com. Scroll down the page and there will be a map of ireland on the right. Under it says "show me in Ireland.." (scroll the bar down and pick your destination city or area), then under "places to stay" choose self-catering. It will give you a list of self-catering cottages and other rentals in Ireland. Or you can just type in "self-catering accomadations in ireland" in a search engine. There are tons of sites with holiday rentals, especially in county cork.  Hope this helps

  5. Have a look at the "Homelidays" website, which specialises in private holiday rentals. Several friends of mine have used it and were really satisfied with the house/apartment they stayed in.
