Where can i find a horse that is in need so i can help it!?

i want to save a horse who has been abused where can i find 1 to help?!

animal shelters as well as horse rescue groups take in both seized and abandoned animals. Many have been underfed, or physically abused.  

go to the Habitat for Horses website and check out some of the horses and ponies that they have there.
