can anyone tell me if there is a hotel in york (uk) that has shops in it and suitable for young adults?

a hotel with shops in it ?  York isn't Vegas .. you might find one with a locked cupboard that has a man inside and when they let him out he polishes your shoes ..

if you want an amazing hotel in york (though no shops in it)
