on west avenue theres a great shop where you can buy many-a jackets... although... with the temperature outside its quite hard its not recommended ^_^

Most department stores (Zellers, La Baie, Ailes de la Mode, Sears, etc) will have seasonal jackets in a limited selection of styles.
