Go to the Texas Workforce (if you have one) with one of your parents and ask for a "Certificate of Age" application. Have your parent fill out,sign and then mail the application to the address on top to Austin for your Work Permit.

While you're waiting,take your Social Security card and birth certificate to Texas Department of Public Safety to get an "Under 21" state issued ID card.

Once you get your permit,you'll have to submit a photo copy of it each time you apply for work until you reach sixteen.
