Where can i find a job to speak in english outside the UK in europe as a american?

i tried living in Spain, France, Belgium and the Germany, no go, people who hired me in these countries later made statements about america as if i was responsible for Bush's poor speeches.

Some have told me to horrible jokes like Israel needs help in west bank., so where can i get work as a average joe with no skills been a english (american) speaker and living in Europe with a girl friend?

if you know an area very well you might either start your own touring business or become a guide for an existing touring business. they have people who speak all sorts of languages and they might need an american tourguide.
