Where can i find a layout generator that can make this?

Question

I'm looking for a layout generator that can make the headings background an image or a color , and can make your profile skinny etc.

I use a lot of layout generatos, but none of them do all this @ the same time.

I've found that skem9.com is a great generatorsite, but i dunno if it'll do all that you're asking. I've never tried.
