Where can i find a list of hotels currently under construction (in cities throught southern california mainly?

I've tried salesgenie and other lead providers with very poor results.

Please dont give a lame half-assed answer. If you cant tell me where i can accurate and thorough information that is 100% reliable.

There are several ways.  It just depends on which areas you are looking for.  Here are some serious suggestions that will help you find the lists:

1) Google it:  Type different search words in Google like "Southern California New Construction."  Google is basically king when it comes to searching.  Remember, the more info you type, the narrower your list.

2)  Wikipedia:  All though this website gets a lot of flack, it's a fabulous place to start a search.  Type in "New Construction in Southern California," and you will be amazed at what it details.  Down at the bottom of the page, you will often find websites that lead to other websites which keep track of this kind of information.

3)  City Websites:  Go to a website for particular cities that you are looking for.  Once in, type new construction in the search box, and you can get a precise and concise list of all construction in the area currently pending, in the works, and coming up.  A City by City search is usually the most accurate.

4)  Other Project Websites:  Once you find a new "really big" construction project under way, you will often find lists of other work happening in the area.  They like to brag about how successful they are going to be by comparing themselves to the competition ahead of time.  It helps with fundraising and marketing.  

5)  Lastly, you can sometimes find stuff at City-Data.com.  They have a lot of miscellaneous information, like demos and crime stats...you may find what you are looking for here.
