Where can i find a list of people who have drowned in lake Michigan??

You would probably have to combine a total from police/DNR reports from all three states of Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin, as they all border the lake.  Or check with the USCG on that.  Maybe they keep a running tally?

I don't know if there is a compiled list, but you could probably do some research into the "Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report", which is a government issued report on causes of death. I'm not sure how good the historical research tools are, though.
