Where can i find a long-lasting, very small 10-turn trimmer potentiometer?

I need a trimmer potentiometer that has a body width of less than 6 mm, a shaft diameter of .125" or less. 10 or more turns, but lasts for a very long time. 200 cycle rotational life is just really low.

You are asking for the wrong thing. A "trimmer potentiometer" is designed for a life of very few cycles, as it is intended to "trim" a circuit's parameters and not be changed from then on.

Look for "multi-turn precision potentiometer"
