Where can i find a long range radio that dose not need an exterior antena?

looking to buy a long range radio to pick up spanish stations from other latin countrys

Most latin stations, unless in the region almost need a outside antenna or a big length of wire inside the house to receive (there are websites describing these antennas for amateur radio use (look up hidden antennas or restricted antennas)

But best would be a tabletop radio to pickup the major stations such as http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_e/105-...

but for the regional and local stations, the antennas I've talked about and a good receiver are a must.
