These do not exist.  A mermaids tail color is chosen by their clan when they turn a certain age and is meant to reflect their personality.  It does not change.

Depends on what kind you're looking for. Hard to tell without your being far more specific about what kind of mermaid tail you mean. A web site that shown an example of a non-changing tail would also be quite helpful.
