Where can i find a normal house gecko in the wild?

i really need to know where to find them.if any one answers i will be so happy

Southeast Asia. This is where house geckos come from. The ones here in the U.S. which people see on and in their houses are not called house geckos, even though many people think they are. Most of them are Mediterranean geckos.
