There used to be one in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, which was actually rather clean and nice, but I cannot recall the name. It is on Emmons Avenue. I'm sure you can find it in the yellow pages listing.

I'm rather sure that there are many of those establishments around town, but as said in another post, try to find one in a clean neighborhood.

I recall reading of one in Staten Island, the Victory Motor Inn, or similar name.

ive heard the kew motor inn has hourly rates (http://www.kewmotorinn.com). not too many places around since they cater to, well... you know what they cater to.

Any hotel that has rates by the hour either caters to "ladies of the evening" or drug dealers. Either way it won't be in a very good neighborhood.
