If this is about the PSP "Pandora's Battery".... it is not an actual physical battery. It is software that fundamentally alters your existing PSP battery.

The ones you see online for sale are from people who are good at modifying things, and are offering a simple "plug and play" alternative for people who are not adept at applying these "hacks".

I highly doubt you will find these for sale in a legitimate store front.
