Where can i find a perfect halfpipe

it needs to be able to move easy and be okay so the owners association wont mind it

Any halfpipe will be to heavy to move and to big to move unless it's a techdeck halfpipe.

You would have to build it your self, get half pipe plans, or pay a lot and but it. If you like the second and last options go to ramptech.com. Every half pipe stays where it is built unless you own or rent some machinery.  Go to your local skate park if your too lazy to do any of the steps above they usually have half pipes.
