I have a home care business ,and Im looking for a physical therapy asistants to work for me. The pay is $45 per patient. Im primarily in the chicagoland area.

Assuming you have PTs already working for your company (if not, you need to have them first), you can advertise for PTA's in www.chicagotribune.com, www.apta.org and other PT job sites.
