No such thing. The Tabuk is an AK-47 variant manufactured in Iraq.  Zastava is a company located in Kragujavic, Serbia that makes military and sporting arms.

Considering that Iraqi weapons are not allowed for importation into the USA, you won't find a price.

Century Arms had the Zastava M70 (kinda a sniper) for about $2000.  They are built much like the SVD/PSL rifles. The M70 is 7.92x57 or 8mm Mauser instead of a 7.62 caliber.

The Tabuk is an Iraqi firearm.  Some people have built some from a standard ak parts kit and then just used a different barrel and stock set.
