Where can i find a price list for all the groceries at food lion?

i am trying to make a budget for food.we have a food lion in our town and i want to find a list of prices for groceries.they have one for bakery and deli platters but i need it for all groceries........help!!!!

Given that prices, especially these days, tend to be very static, any list that a store may offer would most likely just be approximate costs.  I have never heard of any grocery store offering a price list.  Part of the reason for that is competition.

Like the poster above suggested, your best bet is to walk into the store with a small notebook and write down the prices of the stuff you typically buy.  It will take a few shopping trips to do that.

there is no price list for most stores, including food lion. :(

but try to buy store brand (which is generally a lot cheaper)

I don't think they have such a thing. Next time you're at the store just write down the prices of the items you use most. Keep doing that until you have a price list.
