  1. where are you located?  sometimes there are town halls...or fire stations may have a room...churches...depends on where you are...


  2. I dont know where ya live but i can think of three in my town

  3. your back yard. i suppose you could find a church and see what they would be willing to rent you their hall would be. but 500  you wont find any.
