It all depends on what decor you are looking for.  Most palces are "pre decorated" for a weding but you can find wonderful rooms that are decorated so nice you dont ahve to add much.

another option is to do a christmas wedding since they will have it decorated for the holidays.

Hey neighbor, I'm in Kern County.  Google for all the hotels in your area, most have convention and meeting rooms and they probably cater to wedding too, and probably would have some decorations.  Just start calling around.  Good luck!
