Where can i find a relative?

Ive been looking for my biological father with no luck.

I searched birth records from the area he was born although no d.o.b just approx date. ive searched facebook, friends reunited.

I know his name and where he lived early 80's and where he worked then, where he was born.

Where else can i search, preferably for free as funds are low

try the salvation army they have a people tracing service,you can do it on line but they will need as much information as you can give
