Where can i find a schedule for the SAT's?

I live in Virginia if you need to know and i've already finished high school. I never took the SAT's so i have to take them in order to go to college.

if you go to the collegeboard.com you cant create an account and sign up for a sat test, or any of the other tests that are offered by the college board.
