  1. Dindo - the vast majority in this forum live in North America, predominately in the USA, and have NO IDEA what products, services, or prices are available in the Philippines. Unfortunately, probably a majority couldn't even find the Philippines on a map.

    Try posting Philippines specific questions in Yahoo Answers International-Philippines, where you will be communicating directly with people who live there and might have the personal knowledge to help.
