It's spelled "Schengen" (after the city), and you apply for it at the embassy/counselate of the country of your main stay / final destination, or the country of enetering the Schengen area if there is no main country.

You dont find a Shengen Visa - you apply for one.

"As of March 26th, 1995, a new type of visa - the Schengen visa - was introduced by the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden."

If you are not a European Resident then you have to apply for a Visa to the country which you wish to visit from the consulate or embassy, and go through the procedure of applying for a Shengen Visa (ie for multiple countries) rather than a Visa for only one country.
