Where can i find a spanish current event?

i have a homework assignment to find a current event from a spanish speaking country due tomorrow and i cant find an article written in english that was from the last 3 weeks. Please i really need help, any help or web site would work as well.

It is a section of the Spanish newspaper "La Opinion" with an English translation.  You can take your pick of any of the articles there!

Well, on the 27th, there was the "La Tomitina" Festival, where people in spain throw tomatoes at eachother... :P
