Where can i find a toon obelisk the tormentor or can someone make one for me?

most likely it is fake because 2 reason the toon cards were made is that it was in the show and in the movie ( oblisk ) was but he was an egypt god card also you would not be allowed to use in a tourament and would require the the other deulist permission because if you play it with out telling you would be Dq because it is only a collectors card but you use the other cards called the 3 sacred beast

And if you want to make one, it obviously will be a fake...

thers not such thing, if so its fake, if u make it, THEN ITS 100% fake, without going thru Konami's permission and stuff
