Where can i find a true colongne(oil-base)?

The true, original Eau de Cologne or Koelnisches Wasser is produced by one company in Germany. It is probably available here as an import. The genuine article has a four-digit number on the label, which I forget, and which is the street address of the pharmacy where it was invented in the 18th century. Something like 4711.
