i need a small flat panel tv (under 19 inches) for under $200. where can i get one? where has the cheapest prices? and which should i get?

  3. You will NOT be able to find a LCD for under $200.  The only tv under that price on the gentelman's Amazon link was a E tier/off-brand and was only HD ready.

    Your going to have to spend at the very least $250 + tax.
